Delivery	The ordered products are released on the same day for orders that are completed with payment by 2:30 p.m. For the existing Buffer, about 5-7 days may be required for production when short or out of stock.
Exchange	Only for the products indicated in the catalogue or in the official website, they can be requested for exchange at the two-way parcel service cost paid by the Company. (Limited to products in room temperature)
Return	Also, 20% penalty on the consumer price is applied to the products indicated on the catalogue or in the official website on request for return. (Limited to products in room temperature)

1. Delivery Information

• Delivery Method via E-MAIL Consultation : Products completed with payment by 2:30 p.m. are released on the same day through the parcel service (Logen).
  * About 5-7 days may be required for production when short or out of stock
• Delivery Region : Nationwide
• Delivery Cost : (Payment on Delivery) From KRW 3,500 ~
• Delivery Period : 3 ~ 5 days
• Delivery Guide : Highlands and islands may require to pay additional cost separately. Products ordered by the customers are delivered after the payment is verified. However, product delivery may be delayed according to the product type.

2. Return / Customer Satisfaction Center

1) When exchange is possible

• - Products other than the manufactured products are taken responsible by the Company for two-way parcel service cost when returned within 7 days from the date of product supply
  However, bulk products (10L or more), products requested for production, produced products due to out of stock, or products that are opened or damaged in packing to lose a product value cannot be returned.
• - If the contents of the supplied products and services are different, they must be returned within 1 month from the date of supply, and within 2 weeks from acknowledging the fact to process the return.

2) When return is possible

• - 20% penalty of the consumer price is applied for products that are indicated on the catalogue or in the official website on request for return.
  However, bulk products (10L or more), products requested for production, produced products due to out of stock, or products that are opened or damaged in packing to lose a product value cannot be returned.

3) When exchange and return are not possible

• - For refrigerated and frozen products, exchange and return are not possible due to the concerns of change from temperature difference during the delivery.
• - When the product is lost or damaged due to the reasons responsible by the customer
  However, it is an exception for the case of damaging the packing to check the contents of the product
• - When the product packing is opened or damaged to lose a product value
• - When the product value has decreased noticeably due to the use or partial consumption by the customer
• - When the product value has decreased noticeably through elapse of time to be difficult for resales
• - When the packing of the product possible for duplication is damaged

※ Customers must be responsible for the cost on product return when the products are exchanged or returned due to change in mind.
